Actually, this mock interview is a good way for us to know more about how how kids perform, although familiar environment but new faces. So don't worry about the rating too much, even they got a '1' don't mean a lot. Preston also got '1' but to me the answer is much too simple. So we and the school can both help them more within these few months. Although it all depends on their mood that day and a lot of different issues.

I'm also glad that the school arrange this interview and many other preparation work for the kids. I can understand some parents are quite nervous, I would be nervous if my kid did not speak a word during the whole time. Anyway, our emotion strongly affect our kids' performance, so we must try to relax so our kids can relax and enjoy the interview.
BTW, why did you and Davin leave so early after the interview, Davin had a class? The kids played so happily at the classroom that day.

Dear moms,
Have you prepared the profolio? I just attended a talk tonight organised by the interview class Preston is taking. The teachers said the profolio is getting less and less important. Her tips are simple and clear, able to demonstrate the info you want to show and that's enough. I'm still struggling how to do it.

Can't believe this week is the last week of K2, one more year to go. The school fee is getting quite expensive now, $5600 for whole day class.

l will stick to full-day for Preston coz he enjoys the afternoon session (even more than morning), esp. the cooking time. Miss Lai told me that kids from full-day are very proud of being full-day student, maybe they have more time at school so they have more feeling about school and like school more. So I guess one more year and I let Preston continue full-day.
KaKa is tired maybe due to long travelling but I think Ka Ka likes full-day class as Preston told me.

It's such a surprise and '符碌' that Preston got a 三等獎 in piano competition. Honestly, he did not play too good and kind of 趕住收工 when he played the songs. Anyway, it's happy so I have one certificate to put in the profolio.

It's good you can find summer course for Davin (coz the summer holiday is so short). Guitar should be fun but not easy to learn. I know another girl in class is learning piano and cello at the same time. It's good for kids to learn instrument but sometimes difficult to find time to practice.

Can't believe tomorrow is the last day of K2. Preston is excited to bring food to school tomorrow, he asked to bring sausages and fishballs. I guess they will have fun at the farewell party.

We're leaving on next Friday and will last for 2 weeks. Hope Preston can cope with the long, long flight. Will you take leave and go out of town?

I like the profolio very much and get to know more about things they learn at school. I wonder who will be the K3 teacher.

I don't know anything about Mr. Creamer too, hope he's nice but I prefer Mr. Shawn. Preston was taught by Ms. Hung in PNB, so Ms. Hung knew him pretty  well. It would be nice if Ms. Hung is their teacher.

What happen to Miss Wong, she quitted after 2 months? I'm so worried about our kids this year.

We're in Toronto and Preston is enjoying the summer camp here. The weather is so nice here. Are your kids enjoying the summer holidays?

When will the new principal coming or will there be a new one when school starts? It's quite irresponsible to quit after 2 months. It's very crucial for our kids this year coz they need to apply for primary school and need to write reference letter. Who can write it for us? I'm quite worried about this changing principal so frequent.

It's good that Davin is enjoying summer course. Preston's course is only 1 week and is about science. He's very interested coz they're making aeroplanes and rockets and some outings. It's nice to enjoy a very good weather here.

The weather in Toronto is very nice, ~20-28 C and it's sunny. We'll be going to Vancouver and Banff tomorrow and I think it's cooler there.

Hello, we're back from the long trip. Everything was great. I really feel that Preston is a big boy from this trip. He behaved pretty good even though we needed to take long flight and long bus ride.

Thanks for your invitation. Preston had a good time, he did not feel sleepy at all during the party but was so sleepy when he got home(jetlag). He's happy to see all his classmates again.

What do you think about the new K3B teachers? They had the best classroom last year but the worst this year, small with no windows.
