我都聽行內人講過，主要是貪他們人胍網絡關係，做 sales。但有不少人吹到班國內官二代富二代點醒點醒，香港班是廢青，是耶？非耶？

iBank 對不同人有不同吸引力，就算入到，都要看看捱唔捱過兩年！

但初入職者，又真係捱得幾甘，好易 burnt out，唔係個個啱！不少都是先欏幾年經驗，然後轉工。

都會有嘅，如果入到，亦捱到十多年，可以提早退休！

在香港, 所謂投行老細, 其實個個都只不過係高薪打工仔, 尤其做前綫(trading, sales, M&A, IPO) 隨時可以起 ...

前一陣子，跟兒子傾開工作情況，他的行業冇投行咁風光，而且是在 mid Office ，加班情況冇咁嚴重，人工相對較低，但當他用時薪計算，加上 burnt out 及壓力的考慮，投行的吸引力就大減！

他現在在旺季很多時都是朝九晚七，唔帶工作回家，周末假期都不用上班，做到 work life balance，都唔錯！

他又覺得老一脫的管理層，可能以前老細是這樣，他們有樣學樣。後生一批相對較有親和力！但最終都是看實力，你有貢獻，幫到手，老闆不會太過份！

如果是整體，我的經驗是去到某些高階的，還是專業，誠信，視野及團隊合作！

當然你可以反駁，「陳仔」我們政府主要官員，咪冇囉？我只好眼淚在心裏流地說，「你是對的」。

我在外國傾生意是 sell 自己，sell 香港，就是這些！個客跑慣江湖，見不少好人衰人，會聽其言觀其行，他們識分，特別是在大陸領過嘢那些。

正式香港人及公司好辛苦，因為香港政府是香港注冊的公司就是香港公司，所以越來越多「香港公司」根本是皮包公司，得到政府有意無意的支持下，國內人利用香港的剩餘價值。

融入大灣區是取捨，有得有失，以前教人工業生產，現在被趕出去。

如果軟實力都冇埋，真係單第三產業就可以支持香港經濟？

政府懶及唔駛用腦的方法，就是緊跟大陸政府國策，但如果當大陸是另一種形式競爭對手，要平衡要自強，香港暫時未有這樣政治人材，較接近的是兩個老李，李嘉誠及李光耀。
