I was told there is no chance for those who only has 15 points in this round,  however, there are spaces for  20 points but need to draw!

聽說有約800人報, 大約9人vs.1學位; 如果90個學額內有30個是世襲位, 那麼60學位扣除25分的後,20分的機會也很微...順應安排吧!
