我認為校長的解釋頗牽強。既然第二次面試已經可以作決定，何必要安排第三次面試？上文有家長指出，所有學位已派出，第三次面試只安排予後補學生。這個推斷可信性較高。
學校可自行決定或更改收生程序，但不能說謊。說謊的學校不值得信賴，可是外人無法證實。

另一方面，文雅幼稚園的學生會不會有特殊優勢呢？

以上問題，如果有答案的話，相信有助決定是否參加第三次面試。

你認為學位已派完既說法，都只係自己段估。以whatsapp group 推斷已註冊人數，係同官方說法接近，仍有相當數量學位，同「派哂」差天共地。而且CKY一向有3rd in，今次做法只係提早出 offer 給已知合適的小朋友，至少出發點係好。
個人意見，如果對CKY咁缺乏信心，我認為唔好考慮。CKY唔同傳統學校，無法毎個學期將小朋友既成績量化比你睇到

CKY二面後出offer不是第一次的事，早幾年也有這個階段，只是校方未有明列出來，才被炒作。 至於取錄了一個未有二面的人，校方大方承認了錯誤，無謂再作其他論斷，收生出錯也不止出現在這所學校。反正從來就不明白所有學校的收生標準！何解會發OFFER！何解會發REJECT！

學校往後應該注意一下信息發佈。外間一直都知呢間學校以往有3輪 interview。今年 1st in 時（只少我果場是），我聽到台上外籍老師司儀用咪對大家說 "I hope we don't need to have a 3rd interview" .我到現在還未想到講呢句是想給家長甚麼信息。

2nd in 時 PowerPoint 繼續絕口不提（至少我果場係咁）3rd in 這個字，只是話 Dec/Jan 會有FINAL result. 到現在又公佈話要 3rd in, 以上加埋令家長無所適從也好合理 ge。

不過都係果句，學校想點都得。從來都係咁。台上老師講咩不代表學校立場又得。學校想分幾多輪面試、甚麼準則收生都沒問題。甚至選擇性可以唔面見家長都得。總之"一切以學校最新說法為準"。

家長覺得安排不妥都沒問題，反正學校選學生，學生/家長選學校。討論下先有進步空間嘛。

It is sad to learn that those CKY big fans are critical towards people with dissenting views. We all make assumption based on information rather evidence.
About the so called WhatsApp group, who have idea over the joining rate? What if the figure is 50%?

A reputable school without integrity is nothing.  The school should provide the breakdown if it wants to clear its name.

sad to see parent making false accusation towards people with dissenting views.

i'm no big fan of CKY. that's a fact.
CKY did not offer all P1 places in the 2nd interview. that's a fact.

your so called assumption was based on no valid information. rather, it's plainly your imagination. i did not at all defending CKY over the issue where they wrongly gave an offer to a student who did not sit for a 2nd interview. i'm not making a fuss about it because it is one of the three primary schools making this same mistake this year.

you should get your facts straight.

The WhatsApp group has over 140 people joined, its a verified group for parents who have registered with proof, as agreed, only allowed one parent to join for each student, so isn’t it over 50% already?!  Plus, some registered students may not have join the group out there, so this is a fact that CKY has released way more than 50% of the available P1 quota!  Isn’t she telling a lie to the public?

Wow, from one of the comments above it seems at least 140 kids received "early acceptance" from CKY - that is in fact majority of all places for P1 (maybe even 100%).

So the so-called "short-listed" candidates who are invited to attend 3rd interview in January are only fighting for very limited spaces or those given up by early admitted kids.

Now we all see a clearer picture.

Wow, more than 140 have registered? That's so different from what the principal said. It's really disappointing.

Just revisited the newspaper clip (attached here)。 好一句 "MOST vacancies 還有待取錄"!

So much for the school's credibility.
