有冇聽過，學生在面試後獲明示已取錄，不用七月才知。學校這樣做可以嗎？

不可以講明，更不可以有black and white。
只要不講明，可以暗示，包括很明顯的暗示。

嚴格來說，教局規定所有參與自行收生派位的學校，都要在7月時連同統一派位結果一起公佈。所以暗示都絕對不適當和有違原意，但很難界定甚麼是暗示，同時亦很難舉証。

這是不公平的規則，直資可一早講明取錄，而官津則否。

直資出後，理應讓官津也可告知學生面試結果，不應視為不當行為，也令學生可選擇最合適自己的中學。
