我今天收到notification email for 英普班，話我仔has been placed on the waiting list。想問下有無其他家長都收到呢個email. 唔知是否all unsuccessful.applicants are placed on the waiting list?

唔明點解要安排國際班比主流班offer人!in得國際當然想入國際啦....就算waiting都係wait國際班啦！咁對主流班好似公平d囉！

I've also received the email this afternoon. It said "However, in view of your child’s obvious potential, we would like to keep your child on the waiting list. If you wish to enroll your child in Anglo-Chinese Speaking Stream Kindergarten Section, you may choose to apply for a class transfer to ACK1 (P.M. Class)." They also provide a comparison table of EPK1 and ACK1. It seems like they persuade us change mind to apply for a class transfer to Anglo-Chinese speaking stream.

I'm not interested in ACK1(PM Class), I'd like to secure the EPK1 place on the waiting list. How about you?

yes, i will call the school to secure the EPK place on the waiting list next mon. but it seems all successful candidates have been placed on the wating list.

不太想得通學校的安排, EPK waiting can transfer to ACK PM, 我估係有位的, 所以先咁寫? 上年係有人收 reject letter 的, 今年安排如何真的估唔到.

我都諗緊點解崇真會叫英普waiting 去中英下午. 據聞英普是800爭120位, 中英是2200爭120位. 中英本應競爭仲大.

我推論是英普waiting list 上學生畀到優點而中英學生無, 可能例如學生較資優, 較有錢, 又或穩定較少drop out, 住得較近......事實係咩學校自己至知.
