I think there will be K1 places given out next year as many of the existing PN students have paid to reserve K1 seats in Oct but some may change to other kindergartens after the interviews in these few months.

It seems that no one has received waiting letter. So try to write to RHS and show that you are keen in them even if you are not accepted this time.
