From the ORT's Reading Ages chart,
Suggested School Year and Term / ORT Stage / approx reading age
Year R(reception ??) = ORT Stage 2 (aprox reading age 4y6m - 5y)
Year 1 = ORT Stages 3-5 (approx reading age 5y - 6y)
Year 2 = ORT Stages 6-9 (approx reading age 6y - 8y)

But these are meant for children with Engl as 1st language, so I guess I should still buy Pack 1.

I have sent an e-mail to Silver for Packs 1 - 3 a few hours ago.  If in case she has to ration out and both of us can't get Packs 1 - 3 would you be interested in sharing out ?  (Of course need to sort out later.  But my son won't be reading them yet anyway, maybe not until summer hols.)

p.s.  ORT: Citizenship Pack of 6 + T's Notes ($336-->$218) -  要唔要好 ？

Why don't you like Sing-style books ?  Some bias ?
I was considering going to Sing with my son for a week during summer hols, as a tourist and eat around.  Other alternatives are SF/LA (Disney+Sea World+Legoland) or Ldn/Paris+nearby Europe (for 2 weeks).  Interested ?

Hope we can get all of Packs 1-3 instead of piecemeal.  I hate incomplete sets !!

我係話o的公仔唔靚o者! Singapore! 我好熟架! 我老公呀哥同呀妹都係果邊, 我new year時至去過黎, 重留左成個星期, 我就好悶, 我個仔就好happy. 其實我打算暑假叫我個仔跟奶奶去, 因我同老公都無o甘多假, 亦唔想再去, 但如我個仔去, o甘佢可以join果邊既summer course, 而且佢o的堂家姐都係講英文既, 佢地感情亦好好, 一個暑假之後, 好可能好過讀幾set ORT架, 但我仔一聽話同麻麻去就唔制. 我好怕搭長途機, 好辛苦, 所以我唔會贊成你同你個LITTLE DEVIL去O甘遠. Sing好合細路去, 個zoo已經係個好節目, 食亦好.

我都有成棚親戚在sing，eg half sister+女+孫，堂兄弟+仔女+孫，但唔太熟絡個種。如果只得我同隻 去，成日唔肯行，成60lbs+點抱  想起都煩。我以前去sing時未生隻 ，陪老父母去只會去吃雞飯肉骨茶遊蘭花園。 如去sf就有亞姨表姐包食宿，但去la玩就又係我死。去ldn/paris/euro表哥一家又去左spain無得黐食黐住要問老同學有無興趣同隻 一齊遊，又驚d gypsies又唔識路。我隻 唔怕長途機因為係隻披住老虎皮的豬，上次2003暑假來回sf一上機睡到落機不吃不動，醒親就搗蛋拿著digital camera當玩具狂影嚇死坐前排對男女。(我無阻止隻玩，鬼叫佢地自私到死盡放低座位有得食都唔翻身搞到我鬼咁迫。)

Is the magic key series same as IdXX one ?  I'm
confused whether v cn find the magic key stories
in the ORT higher level or v shld buy another series.
