我不建議drive來interview，因為任何人都知道的交通這麼亂。太多的人but沒有停車位。

Totally agreed with you. They also wrongly spell their English address on the instruction attached to the apllication form, together with the interview arrangement which made me feel this school is very unprofessional.

我放棄了沒有去樂基面試, 但我之前試過去group in, 仲有成十幾廿個小朋友一group, 有些家長當小朋友做到指令就高呼拍手叫手好, 又不停在背後重複老師的指令, 確實是影響了其他小朋友對老師的注意力, 那次那位家長叫喊仲大聲過老師, 場面好混亂, 不過有些小朋友是合適group in, 有些則合適individual interview....

我不清楚其他組如何，但在我那一組，Group interview 的問題是幾乎每個家長都會在背後提示小朋友要怎樣做，一做到就拍手或叫好。有些小朋友又會在聽故事時走來走去，而家長又不理會，可以想像有多混亂及嘈吵。
之前去了幾個individual interview便沒有這些問題。

星期六in 完, 對於呢間學校印象麻麻
首先，之前交application form時，又要人交幾個咁特別size的信封， 我apply 左十間學校都有，大家都係要個種size,係呢間我要再買另一set信封。咁都算， 收信時一開，個張要填的問卷只係a4 size的一半，簡介個邊d font size未免太細， 如果係咁，要我俾咁大個信封做咩?   好浪費..
Interview 個日， 我只係早10分鐘到，入到去登記，唔知係義工or老師，無咩禮貌，有d混亂, 真不能要求太多。而且實在太多人，話要15分鐘等入課室所要叫小朋友可以玩陣先，但根本多人到無可能玩   入到課室門口都要排一排隊，個頭叫話小朋友玩下側邊的廚房玩具(仲要10個小朋友玩兩個廚房?!)，個頭課室裡面個10pairs 家長加小朋友出黎走人 個到只係一個好窄的地方，根本一片混亂  
入到課室，小朋友同家長未坐得定，個鬼婆已經開始講野，點名，課室內外都有d嘈，佢就一輪嘴咁點名. 點完名，就開始唱歌，明明所有小朋友坐定定，佢講一句stand up唱歌， 未等全部企起身，已經唱，佢仲要唔多夠大聲， 根本坐得遠少少都未反應得切佢已經唱完一句，好彩我算坐得近miss, 唱head and shoulders我個仔都有d 反應， 做到d 動作. 唱完就叫小朋係係個架到拎野，佢要跟數字， 個數字牌， 要行到埋去先睇到， 個鬼婆講野勁快，我真係想知佢係同小朋友講緊野，定同家長。即使用咩語言，對剛剛學講野的小朋友未免都係太快，根本就draw唔到佢attention. 我個仔拎完個tray行返埋位時企定左望住個鬼婆，但個鬼婆望住佢，完全無反應，跟住我惟有堆返個仔埋位。 其實我覺得group in完全無問題，之前有兩間都試過係咁，輕鬆d 係ok, 但今次成個過程好似超趕咁，最尾問家長問題，又唔係個個家長都會答，咁點解唔同小朋友唱多首歌? 我覺得就算個位係net teacher 都好， 無咩愛心，又有咩用? 我唔知平時d 老師係點, 但家長有機會知道係得interview, 或者係簡介會。 Anyway, 間學校對我個仔評分，我都會對學校評分

本來, 40 ...

group in係無問題的, 不過如果可以如之前家長建議的7個小朋友一group, 只準一個家長入去, 及提前提醒家長唔好企出來同小朋友一起跳舞影響其他家長小朋友的話, 相信最少會係一次happy playgroup interview, 也不會有錦多家長不滿, 不滿應來自於場面混亂及受忽視的感覺啫, 安排失當係事實, 不過當日所見無論係老師定係義工, 都好熱情有笑容, 除咗interview個位一場接一場都無氣了當然都無咩表情了, 也情有可原吧.

我報左幾間九龍塘, 都預左係reject, 點解報, 主要係覺得佢地既資源好, 校舍令,加上N班到到都冇學卷都要俾貴, 緊係揀間環境好D,,,咪試下囉

我小朋友而家18個月大, 男仔, 講野都係岩岩先講多, 但去到面試時見到唔識既人都唔多肯講, 除左上次去靈糧, 個到既老師好NICE同好鐘意同小朋友玩,我仔先肯開金口答下。但佢對於COLOUR 同 SHARP 都未係好識,,因為我冇話好特別去教佢, 只會係生活中見到乜教乜, 我寧願花多D時間同佢去睇下書, 講故事, 唱歌仔, 玩玩具~

Even I also felt surprise it changed to group interview this year but I found no problem on the whole interview process. We waited just because we early arrived to avoid expected traffic jam in the morning peak hours. My kid was also sitting beside the door which was difficult to draw the teachers' attention. However, we believed every minor action will be marked and as the parents, we just tried our best to show the potential of our kids. Whether being accept or not is God's will.

Actually, hkps is a good school which caring kids, training up kids' discipline and building kids' excellent language foundation. The class size is small and teachers know much about every kid.

This year the competition is really keen. Even my elder kid is studyiny there, we still prepare for failure....thus, just take it easy, our kids are our valuable treasure, no matter what is the result of the school hunting :)

Agreed.  I see no problem with group interview as kids have less pressure and usually they can perform better in a relaxing environment.  Teachers always handle more than 20 kids in one class and they are still able to write comments about our kids on their handbooks regularly.  As shown on their questionaire, I believe HKPS put the kids' character in top priority and they are more willing to select kids that fit the school's curriculum, rather than how much they had learnt at home or playgroup in the past year.
