耀中is adecent school, much better than Han, if money is not your concern.
If your top choice was some local school, I'd suggest you not to give up so early. You may still try some other schools. 福小has a second round admission and it fits your requirements. And 德萃, though not a very top school, but I feel it may be better than some so-so IS like Han.
