今早一起身睇電話，監護人就發What’s app通知， 跟住睇Email見學校都出通告。 然後上來EK見到這Post .

阿仔12月頭回來後， 每日都有溫習， 現在不能考mock都有唔開心， 但今日仍然繼續溫習， 希望英國早些有正 ...

我女也是 ， 就算假期都一直都Keep住溫習， 操Past paper , 網上做題目 。 BJ之前還強硬說GCSE and ALEVEL 是繼續 ， 本來是打算 不論疫情點 ， 4月都會照去英國預備考試。

昨天聯絡過香港ITS  , 我查詢是IGCSE ， 暫時都是照正常舉行的 。  建議我3月中前報考，因我未知4月英國疫情的情況， 又不知到時阿女會否已過去上學 ， 如果 過了3月中時間報考都可以，但考試費會貴D。

咁留英既香港學生不如返香港考？

幾個月前監護人的Zoom meeting , 上學年都有香港學生 在香港ITS考AL , 成績英國/香港的大學都承認的。

因為我女9月底已回港Remote Learning , 而Mock exam在港考，現時英國取消GCSE取消了，評分完全唔知會點.
昨日跟監護人再傾過 ，她說我都可多一手準備， 所以都有問過ITS , 加上ITS 是 Pearson Edexcel ,阿女英國IGCSE 課程都是Edexcel exam boarding , 所以應該是配合到這考試。
不過暫時我都不急於報考， 只是多一個渠道， 起碼到3-4月先算 。

但好似GCSE和IGCSE的考試內容不太一樣, GCE A-level和International A-level的考試範圍就更不同.

我朋友 ...

我現在都是了解中， 因我女英國學校裡面 有多個科目都是IGCSE , 所以 實際上與香港 課程或考試上有幾大出入 要深入了解。

係呀 ， Edexcel Maths 都有不同卷，我女學校是考Higher  ，我都是睇返學校的Email 各科Exam board 及 試卷資料才知 。

剛剛收到學校電郵


In relation to IGCSEs, which applies to Science, Maths, English Language, Computer Science, Chinese, Geography and EAL here , the examination boards have notified schools that it is their intention for the May/June IGCSE series to take place in the summer. We are working on the assumption that this will be the case and are continuing to teach the curriculum as normal, albeit remotely at the moment. Please rest assured that we are confident that we will cover all aspects of the course and still have time for revision. We have been advised that modifications will be made to the exam papers; as yet, we haven’t received further details but we are monitoring the situation closely and will provide further information as soon as it is available.

咁即係IGCSE是有機會繼續舉行 ！

是呀，就算本土學生都是考IGCSE .

我哋英國學校今日email 話CAIE取消了。點評分遲D公佈。

我女有一科IGCSE Computer science 是CAIE , 昨晚老師通知取消了 。

CAIE 只取消英國，海外沒有取消。
