i think most mamas just like us, attended IN for several PN then choose the right one after receiving results; in other words, some vacancies will be released and realised after the enrolments are settled down, thence those kids on the waiting list can have a chance to choose though it is not the priority.
think of the bright side of the world, we still have hope to let the kids to join PN then.
