羅x是政府派位＋對外招生。2009年開始改為全收外生。她2011年才有小學生上中學。

咁即係話羅x既高中成績係因為收左校外既尖子?
請看2010年School report 第26頁，收生成績。 2010年中、英、數收生成績大概是59、61、57
i.e. band 2 成績。

如果匯基東九龍書院收咗，去唔去好？

佢地啲學生到底入本地大學有無問題；還是只是一間國際學校，只為將來安排子女到外國讀書而設呢？

匯基書院（東九龍）會考成績6 科14 分
以上是51.30%，是band 1 尾。

Just for curiosity, why 50% for band 1 school? Also, technically we know only have band 1 students and no band 1 schools.

I saw in other post (4-5 years ago in BK) said that If a secondary school has more than ~80% student intakes are band 1 students, so ppl will label the school as band 1.

So 80% should be the cut off line and not 50%, unless most of our secondary schools are negative value-added.

We know that there are 33% band 1 students but the percentage of 會考成績6科14分以上 is about 31%.

Only 31/33 of the band 1 students can get 14 points of above. Therefore, a school with 80% band 1 students can only have about 75% students having 14 points or above.

We also need to take into account the students re-sitting the HKCEE. Just a jut feeling that a band 1 school should have a least 60% students with 14 points or above.

六科考生總人數考14分或以上人數百分率
2009 78,931 26,244 33.2
2010 79,195 26,241 33.1

2007考穫14分學生能於2009入大學的, 比率只為43%, 考穫20分的, 比率為95%.

很多好學校對14分比率公佈十分透明, 何為band1校, 不難有一定參考指標.
