I was cheated by the GYM in TST

Hi everyone!!

I just wanna share my bad experience from The Little Gym in TST.
When the man sell this programme, he said it's very flexible and i can book some make up class during weekend to fit my schedule.

But after i enroll, i can't book one make up class on Sat/ Sun even i keep trying everyweek. They always told me THE CLASS IS FULL.

The most angry part is i found out the always save the spot for new people and put the old member as the last priority.

If you have any bad experience from this gym, please share!!

I had very very bad experience with the Little Gym too. As u said , at the first very beginning, they will try their very best to sell the their so called"flexible" programme. But once u joined, u'll find that u "must" follow their so called "rules". Anyway, this Gym is very very commercial and I'll never join it again.

I am totally agree with you!!!

It's a very commerical company. You know, they're bare enough to ask me to pay for the coming course. Of course i will NEVER join it again!!

what do they actually do during the class ?

Both of my sons joined the little gym since it opened last year. My experience with them are pretty good. The instructors are experienced and loving.

I have only arranged 1 made-up class for my son so far and I did not have any problem having it but it was a week-day class, may be it's easier.

I think their programs are good for children, although you can get similar things with YMCA, their location is more convenient(at New World Centre). I would continue letting my sons go there, their motor skills have improved a lot since going there .

我平時上bk都只係四維睇, 好小發表, 今次又忍唔住, 好想講一句: Myra_Myra, 你都幾毒辣!

我在多個討論區都見你發表同一主題, 你同呢間公司十怨九仇嗎? 據你所講都係小件事, 做人要厚道一點!
正面一點去洩憤!

又或者對方是你的競爭對手, 那你就先要做好本份, 客仔自然衝埋來, 消費者有眼的, 公平競爭係我地做父母, 老師要教下一代的!

你固然為人父母, 如亦是老師, 提提你要以身作則!

My experience with the little GYM is also fine.

Fee for week-day courses and weekends are different.  So I wonder if you made any mistakes in the idea of that "make up" class arrangement.

Weekends are really full everyweek.  Though I enrol the Sunday class, when I try to enquire about swapping to Saturday class for once, they also remind me to inform them earlier as it's often full.

I had only a small problem with the Little GYM before as they required us to keep a card for stamps.  If you want to collect a certificate for your baby/toddler, you have to make sure you keep it properly. If you lose it, they reserve the rights not to grant the certificate. I just wonder why can't they just refer to the actual attendance instead of the small card with stamps.  We have just TOO many things to put into our purse and bring along with us.

After all, the Little GYM is very good.  My little one is happy joining everyweek.  She manages new things from time to time.  They have hearts.  Anyway I keep recommending it to my friends. I wish there's some reward programs.  Haha :)

And what a MONEY GO FIRST company they are.

And there are lots of sisters shared their bad experience as well

Don't be so angry. If you, as a customer, can make comments here, other people can also do the same (you know who I mean

) !

My baby goes to this Gym too. Although we don't have too bad an experience there, I certainly do not feel the owners "have hearts". I was actually very surprised to learn that the owners have children coz I can't feel their passion over kids. Also, I have tallked to a number of parents there who aren't very happy with the Little Gym. I think the idea of giving little kids a head start on gymnastics is very good , and the location is terrific, but the management of this Gym needs to be improved.

I agree with you about the owner have no heart for children. They have no heart to my kid since our second class. They just pay most attention to the new comers

Let me tell you something. One of my friend from this gym had a make up class this afternoon. She was really angry about there were 20-21 children in her Super Beasts class

It was so crowd during the whole class!!

I was cheated by the GYM in TST AGAIN!!

Dear Sister in BK!!

I called the gym to book make up class a week before, the lady still keep selling and selling their new programme in July and Sep. But after i told her i won't enroll anymore, i can feel the hugh different between her attitude

And yesterday, she just called me and said no spot for my kid (but my friend's son got spot for that class and actually i booked the make up class earlier than his mom!!) I think it's because my friend enroll for the new term

I was really angry. They made me finish all my make up classes before the next Monday 7/10. But they said most of the classes that i wanna book are full now. What can i do??? I paid $180 per class and now they said no spot for my kid just because i won't enroll their new term?? What kind of company that they are??
THEY JUST MADE ME CRAZY

I have a bad experience with little gym too. The reception lady(the chinese speaking one) has some problem with her phone manner. I was unable to talk to her on the phone and she is just couldn't listen to a customer's need or want either.

I am very disappointed after joining half a year. I will not join them again.

My children they have fun in the little gym and I feel the teacher is so nice until now. I try to book the make up class but so easy to book (for weekday). And the pay a lot of attention for every child it not like u say only take care the new. Since I joined them. I have 3 children join there. Every class is good and my children didn't has any complain and me too. So I still to join them for the summer camp, summer semester & winter too. And all my freinds join there has good experience too!!!

我都有不快經歷，雖然無金錢上的損失．但也想在此＜申>下．我之前喺雜誌見倒有免費試堂的COUPON,諗住試下啦！如果OK,都會報名參加．點知約好左去到當日，佢話當日嗰個時間無堂，同埋張COUPON已經過期唔用得，如果試堂要比$同埋再約過時間．（張COUPON無寫EXPIRE DATE)　咁我當然唔敢再約啦！點知會唔會再約又約錯時間呢？！攪到囡囡當日有D失望，去到又無得玩．好彩後尾我帶佢去九龍公園玩補數．
