囡囡而家係荃灣讀緊 k2 , 今天收到學校通告 , 暑假可以參觀荃灣區小學, 但我家住青衣, 夫婦二人都要返工 , 唔知點揀...

我好無助 , 唔知囡囡適合邊間小學 , 從可入手, 我應該點樣幫囡囡搵到間適合既學校呢 ?


請問有無家長可以分享下.....

唔洗傍徨, 你可以去書局買一本小學入學天書(或者你去書局睇完先至決定買唔買), 入面通常會介紹下不同區既小學, 但係入面有D內容可能會有誤差, 咁你初步睇完之後, 可以上教統局網址, 再search一下你心儀學校既網址, 咁就可以攞多D資料。

你心目中係想報私校、直資定係津校? 如要近囡囡返學, 荃灣同葵青區多數都係津校, 如報津校就可以係今年9月, 囡囡升K3時再揀, 如想跨區報私校或直資, 就要留意各學校派表時間, 通常D學校都係9月或10月派表, 但有D會早D.....

都係果句, 你參考完本書之後, 再睇下邊間同你心目中既辦學理念差唔多(即係心儀學校), 如係私校、直資, 就要留意報名日期。津校就通常K3開學後, 幼稚園老師會教你點做架啦, 唔洗咁驚, 再唔係, 上黎BK問下各位有經驗媽咪, 好多人可以解答到你既問題架。

我都覺得唔知點好, 其實我想選o的不是太多功課o既學校, 但本身個間學校係教會學校, 好怕又入唔到, 如果係都唔知點算...

不如, 問吓老師啦, 因為老師會知道你的小朋友啲程度邊間學校會適合佢. 而且老師會專業啲.

Aiya... me 2....because I just moved to Tsing Yi from Ma On Shan this Feb, and my girl is now studying at Cannan Kindergarten (Kln Tong) K2; don't know if she can apply some gd ones in Kln Tong... 'cos she's too shy... I am afraid she won't hv gd preformance during interviews.... so looking for some 直資小學 and as well as 津貼小學 nearby..... any gd primary schools in 葵青area??

若無分係首輪係吃虧ｄ，特別大熱學校可說多數是無行．
所以好多家長都會考定私小直資．．．．
但若考到直資又決定註冊，咁就無得大抽獎嫁啦．
諗清楚自己想小朋友入咩學校先，
去參觀下ｄ學校都好，但唔好只信校方所講，
問下附近ｄ人口碑，
係學校外觀察一下該校學生都係了解學校的好方法！

In fact i am reading a few of them, but the schools info are usually written/prepared by the schools themselves.  Any reference shows more 口碑 from parents' view??

And regarding the profile, are they expecting mainly "written/drawn" by the kids or prepared by the parents? my girl is only having dancing and drawing class, not very outstanding, no such certificates for any competition.... do u think it will help if I get her some certificate summer course for swimming/dancing/etc? what kinda info ppl usually put in?

Thanks a lot.... I think I have to prepare her profile soon. but in a way, i don't want to squeeze all her time to all the classes.... they r still a baby kid, it's too cruel to occuply 90% of their time on travelling/on class/exams.... ai... but it's reality in HK, we don't hv much choice!

me 3!  I've just got points for being the 1st child.  

I live at NT now and am still struggling if I should enrol the other districts.  I've a friend who lives in Causeway Bay (Area#12).  If I borrow her address for the "lucky draw" while my girl is still studying K3 at NT, will there be any risk to be caught?  Is it still common to borrow address?

If I really borrow the address but finally can't get into the school I want in the final round lucky draw, what should I do?  On the contrary, if I can get into the school I want, I'll need to move home....but the rent in HK Island is so high ah....

It's really a big headache

My girl is now learning ballet only.  She used to learn piano for a few months but stopped as she doesn't like to practice.  At school, she joined as a road patrol & learning Chinese Poems. No award or certificate at all. Seems nothing outstanding to be mentioned in her profile.
