I haven't seen that one sold in GC.  I bought 世茂 one because it is the same publisher of the book "如何教寶寶閱讀".  I  play the flash card while my baby was 4 months old.  Now she is seven months old.  While I show her the card, she always wave her hands and laugh.  Actually, I do not know whether she understand or not.  But I just play with her as a game.

The box includes 1-100 red dots, + - X  ./.  =  sign.
There is also some formula at the back side of the card.
