Cecille, it's good. Try it. Very organised and a report can be requested and is done professionally.
Especially if you want to improve kids' confidence in English.

What kind of program would it provide? playgroup or art & creativity? I'm looking for an art & craft program for my son who is 2.5 years old. Do you think it's appropriate?

Dear Radiomama,

My daughter is learning art & craft program in Kowloon Tong SMARTRAINBOW. That is very good and creative, the instructors are very patient. The most important thing is all the artwork is done by herself. She is having fun and loves it very much.
