KM is getting better. We got a notice last Friday, telling us what to prepare for the second term, like food, transport etc. I think this is very good, because we working parents can prepare it beforehand.

Hi all lovely mama

How's your kid going on? There is so much HW and we are very busy catching up with all the them!

I want to know how your kid is going on with writing the alphabets and chinese characters? Janan finds it quite difficult to manage to write.

but i think there should only be ONE sound. Look at the words Zebra and Zoo, the same sound.

you are right. I have checked the dictionary. the british sound is /zed/ and the us sound is /zi:/. But i am sure it should not be "義sad"

i recognised this when janan wrote W a week ago. And I read some books about teaching kids to write. the authors said it is easier for kids to manage if the stroke is from top to bottom. Maybe that's why M and W are written like that.
