請問各位有冇人知耀中的學費、雜費、書簿費、校服、lunch、課外活動等的大概費用呢？我想大概知道做

Yew Chung Kindergarten, Primary or Secondary ?They are so many Donation. For example: one year more than 4 times and many purchase list, visiting places (relative business from the school). The price is high than market price. If you don't mind, you can choose.
Coming year, the student request to pay levy. So we can see the school website.[quote]

Sorry, I am asking YC Primary. I understand that they ask parents to buy bonds. But I still want to know more details about the total costs.

KaKaYa, can u pm me about their donation? How much do they expect? How much for the other business related trips? How about books, stationery, lunch and etc?

你講的，同我朋友知道的好大分別。
有朋友孩子讀耀中，佢話冇被要求捐款，
除非你連公益金的 dress casual day 的少少捐款都計，
不過都唔會係一定要捐啦。
purchase list 係乜？佢地連教科書都冇。
乜野 relative business？
佢地學生去 ocean park 都冇問家長要錢買飛。唔通你話係六年班去 australia？好似冇話係 compulsory 要去，朋友話年年都小六學生唔去。

家長與學生期待多時的新校舍終於啓用了,很多家長都期盼一個新的開始.但新的校舍真的會帶來曙光嗎?新校舍無疑會吸引更多學生報讀耀中,在客源增加的情况下.恐怕學校對家長的訴求 (改善教學質素),更加致若妄聞.面對家長對debenture 的不滿,學校境然曾作如此回應 :”家長有權選擇學校”說得明白一点.即是”唔高興咪走人囉”.這是甚麽咀臉? 別說是辦學,就是做生意也是極其拙劣的態度.

隨着新校舍啓用,學校會增收學生,根据學校網頁資料,學校最多可容納 1240個學生. 到時Year 7-11有8班,每班有25人, Year 12 -13 有５班,每班24人.即是說比現時學生人數多了大約一倍. 近年耀中灠收插班生導致整體英語水平低落已是眾所週知的事,若再多收一倍恐怕情况更加惡劣. 現時 Yr 6約有百多個學生, 到了 Yr７突然變了200人, 額外的學生從何而來呢? 國際學校之間,學生互相轉校本是平常事.但很少聽聞有別的國際學校學生轉到耀中,反之從耀中轉走的大有人在,尤其是完成小學而又成績優異的.多年來聽過轉到 ESF (KGV, SC), CIS, GSIS, HKIS 甚致是傳統名校, 除了ESF外,其他的學費都和耀中相距不遠,而HKIS的debenture更高達50萬.大部份成績好的學生都不在耀中升中學, 升了的到了Year 9 Year 10 亦流失很多, 聽過一個個案,有家長帶着兩個孩子從國內耀中轉到香港,讀了不過幾個月,急急把孩子轉走,為甚麽?女

小學只係中文科有課本，都係學校派的，唔駛另外買。
要比雜費，每年三次，每次千幾。
文具學校供應，基本上唔駛帶文具返學。
小學午餐要另外比錢，好似係 $40+ 一餐，不過有湯有甜品有生果，但係好多人嚴貴，自己 PACK LUNCH。

我覺得重點反而係佢地中學麻麻，加上今年開始要比 debenture，好多人都今年轉校。
如果中學唔係咁好，不如連小學都唔好諗，因為小六先轉校，都好煩。

當然是連ｏｃｅａｎ terminal 商場的中銀銀行donation,公益金的 dress casual day事冇大小都計啦!不是少少都不育捐款,而是太多memo及purchase form.
教科書是冇的, 但書籍商及stationery商是他們有份(不是我講,而是內部朋友的朋友說出來的,你們可以不信,反正不關我是,不過自己都是家長,想大家對教育學校知多些,沒有惡意。
去 australia或London宿舍又是學校資產!!!!!!又收足tour package費

If you are talking about those christmas trees, I think the mall has been doing that for a few years. They are for charity. Many schools sponsored those trees. My niece's kindergarten also sponsored one of the trees a couple of years ago. I do not know why you are making a big deal out of it.

Don't know what you were trying to say.
You did not seem to understand what I meant when I said the money was for charity.
The christmas tree money was for charity (I cannot remember, but I think it was for the Community Chest or Orbis or alike), not for the school, got it? Whatever. I do not care what you say about Yew Chung since I do not really like the school anyway.
But if we are talking about the school approaching parents for donation for charity (for the Community Chest, Orbis, etc.), I would not complain. If you do not like it, just do not donate a single penny.
