Go Overseas or Study in Hong Kong?

Referring to some information, most IS graduates went to oversea universities for further studies.  
However, the universities in Hong Kong were top among others in the globe.   

For example, Hong Kong U was ranked 40 something, while Chinese U 50 something. Hence, the question is: if a place has been offered by the universities in Hong Kong, should one go overseas for study?

The fact is, many oversea univeristies were ranked lower than the universities in Hong Kong.

In my opinion, if $$$ is not a problem, studying overseas should have a wider horizon.
(I don't believe so-called ranking. 40 or 50 or 100 means nothing from employers' point of view. If you are from top 10, it is another story)

If the major subject is what your child looking for, HKU or other HK-U are ok wor.
