2.5 year old learn to read, any good phonics in Tseung Kwan O

My girl 2.5 year old shows strong interest in reading books. I want to find phonics class for her.

Any good phonics teacher in Tseung Kwan O intraduce as I have to work & my maid will take her to the lesson.

I think 2.5 year old is a bit too early to learn phonic, it is very easy to learn the 26 alphabet sounds, but hard for them to blend together.

What about to let them learn the sounds first?

I think it may not be too meaningful to learn only the sounds or you can teach at home.  My daughter started to learn phonic at the age of 4, and finished 26 sounds in 6 classes.  If you find some courses to learn the sound only, they will teach one or two sound each course, and it may need at least half a year to finish all 26 sounds.   

I think it may be better to learn at around 3-4. at that age, they can understand more...
