As expected, couldn't get a place in 自行收生 announced in 20/11.  The "大抽獎" central allocation has not started yet.

I didn't put any hope in the central allocation system in the first place.

For the interviews, I think you can check out the threads in 小學雜談.  Lots of parents were talking about the interviews since end of October.  Most 1st round interviews were already completed.

In fact, the windows of most kindergartens are always shut, especially in Kln tong because there are many mosquitoes , insects and wild birds in this district. However, I greatly appreciate that there are 20 sets of Air Purifier and equipped to improve the air quality and to prevent the growth of bacteria. And 20 sets of electronic insect killer are provided in Keen Mind Kindergarten.
The classrooms are not small because there are less than 24 students each class. In other kindies, there are mostly around 28-38 students each class.

Don't worry, it's sure that the capacity of the classrooms is more than 24 seats and meet the gov't requirement. Besides, the furniture and fittings are equipped with state-of-art teaching and learning tools that can offer an ideal and effective learning environment for our beloved children.

多謝你的意見呀! 我選 pm 都係因為有 PTH & NET, 所以由初初 tick am 去到 interview 轉了 pm!  現在諗諗吓, 又驚時間唔見駛, 搭校車返到屋企 5:30 訓埋晏覺都要食飯了, 都唔知幾時做功課溫習好??  通常返 pm d 小朋友又好似懶 d 咁訓到十點幾時起身跟住食飯返學!  成個朝頭早咩都做唔到!

你的 bb 是返 am/pm 呢?  d 時間會點分配呀?

I believe that not more than 5 years, more than 90% primary school will only use PTH to teach chinese subject. Thus, it is an advantage to learn PTH as early as possible. What factors make you choose KM and not SC? I like KM also. I think KM can take care of students more as it is small school with less students.  I try to find the diff between two kinders.

Just got a notice for 美術、手工班.  $1,200 for 10 lessons on Saturday.  One hour duration each.  But don't know if the class is good because my son already joined some other classes outside.

They also have phonics class and 合唱團.

Yes, they are happy in school.  I think the class activities (the normal one, not the extra curricular activities) are fun.  For example, when they teach about 點心, every kid bring a different kind of 點心 back to school for sharing.

No, I didn't "choose KM instead of SC".  My son got in KM at N1.  SC does not have N1.  As long as he is happy, why need to change?

In fact, because so many people applied for SC, I did bring him to the interview for SC to give it a try, but that was an awful experience.  We waited a long time outside SC with lots of sunshine that day.  By the time it was my son's turn, he was in a bad mood and refused to answer anything.
