What to wear for interview?

I am a green mum, please advise whether I have to dress up my girl for the upcoming interviews?

The kindergartens we would interview is Caritas and Rhenis Church, both are not so-called "noble" school, is it okay to dress in neat but causal way?

I think don't be too causal like T-Shirt and Jean but no need to be formal.

Neat and tidy is important.

For girl, one-piece dress or shirt with skirt should be okay. But not T-shirt, of course, not too formal as a flower-girl.

For boy, shirt and pants should be okay. Again, T-shirt and jeans seems to be too causal. But, no need to wear Tuxedo.

That's my opinion only. NEAT and TIDY is most important!!!!
