Do DSS teachers get higher pay? Qualifications better than subs. schools?

I don't know much but hey, see this link, I found this info during web search - this school seems to have  disclosed the qualifications of (all?) its teaching staff:

Actually I don't know how to judge - if teachers are University graduates but their first degrees are obtained from OU, HKUSPACE etc.  Are they good?  Or not bad (because they are at least a degree holder)?

Or we actually shouldn't judge from how they did when they were a kid / where did they obtain their first degrees but how many years of teaching etc?

I really don't know...

One more point to make here - I admire this school's policy of disclosing its staff list and qualifications etc.  I think other DSS should learn to be this open.  Afterall, DSS is a service company and we are consumers.  Consumers have the right to know!

津校都應公佈，津校所受之資助一啲都唔少。

此校先前是津校，且是名津校，其他津校如何，可以想像到。

以前，只要讀完教育学院的，己可教書。政府後期推行学位教師計划劃。很多教育学院畢業的都走去進修，我估絕大部分咁做唔係為咗增進知識，而是為了拿到学位加人工，OU，既平且易，自然多人讀。
