I didn't face the experience last year, instead of giving up, I would prefer to still come for interview for a bit late..

The KM interview crashes with KV.  Do you think we can request to re-arrange the interview?

我都收到 KM interview 信呀, 係pm, 佢都short short 地,明知 St.Cat 同 Kentville 都係同一日in, 佢都要專登整埋同一日in,叫家長點取捨,唔通佢要同個St.Cat & Kentville一較高下? 我唯有放棄 KM 啦.有冇家長好似我咁放棄KM?

If you don't think KM is good enough, you should not apply, pls don't say such words. My girl was lucky accepted by SC & KV in K1, but finally I chose KM (Keen Mind kindergarten), I think KM is more suitable to my girl and my expectation.

I think now, all the competition among the kindergartens are intense, especially after the annoucement from the Government (the coupon), it is not too much for Km to set on the same day because school must ensure how many kids really will study.   Last year, a lot of schools(besides kv and sc) will have interviews earlier which most of the parents will secure the seats once accepted before getting the results from Sc or kv. therefore, it may give headaches to the schools that they cannot count how many of the students will study even they pay $ 660.00, because some moms will give up the seats after knowing their kids accepted by kv or sc.

also, a lot of people still believe " famous " is good, kv or sc, without doing research or know whether their kids are suitable for those schools or not.

You can just give Keenmind a call and let them know that you're unable to come for interview on their designated date and time. They will mark down your ref. no. (the one on the top right corner of the letter) and rearrange another interview for you. They said the interview will probably be scheduled on coming saturdays and they will call you in due course.

KM does not need to 同個St.Cat & Kentville一較高下.  If you know those schools well, you will find KM is a mix of SC & KV.  People always find SC & KV better because they have a long history and neglect those with high potentials ....

I also have interview for St.Cat and KM on the same date !! am for St.Cat and pm for KM. I think, it's quite lucky for my baby this time. We can have the interview in both school.

Does anyone know that KM will schedule to change from private school to non-profitable school ?

Hi ToToPiggy,

YES, I did it this morning (I meant on Oct. 27 morning). I didn't reveal the reason why I requested for rearrangement of interview and they didn't inquire into the details anyway. I just told them that I and my kid wouldn't be available on that day. That's it.

我都係 11/11, 差 2 hr, 唔會唔 ok 掛, 仲諗住有小小時間淨, 唔知 st. cat 行去 km 遠唔遠呢?  or 要搭車?
