有一點希望可以回應一下, 其實根據我們對青少年的人格教育中, 對公平的定義並不等於一視同人, 而是根據個別的能力而作出有限資源的分配。
此外, 大家可以留意教統局對幼稚園的視學報告, 現時政府對幼稚園教育一般都認為過深和過多, 而這種所謂學前教育令我們心愛的子女失去童真的根由, 都是由一些自稱拔尖的學府所致, 入了一間拔尖的幼稚園, 就有更大機會伙名牌小學, 試問大部份九龍塘灣仔名牌幼稚園的家長, 有多少人沒有過個想法, 明白到學前教育已發展到這個文化, 家長為子女將來不計付出、或心不由己, 愛子之心是可以體諒的, 但是, 愛子的家長應該更加心痛愛兒自小便活在壓力、期望當中, 如果政府希望在教育政策上撥亂反正, 我是同意是是學劵, 絕不應受惠於以掠家長荷包為己任的名牌學府當中, 他們是一樣給教師八千五一個月的, 有心教育, 我同意局長的說法, 便申請轉為非牟利學府, 他們有大量的學生客源, 又怎會經營不到。
第二個觀點, 如果今次學劵可以應用到貴子女的名校, 即是有一群比你們生活質素或社會地位更差的家庭, 到時你們真的不會埋怨政策令你們的尊貴學府質量下降嗎?
我們真正想子女成為有用的人, 就必須教懂他們學習欣賞, 只有家長的身教才最有效。

I think you can't see the problem of this policy. 1. This is unfair to the children in different schools... if it is so-called 學劵.... 學劵 is followed the kids not schools! 2. Not all private kindergartens =拔尖名牌幼稚園. 3. Not all private kindergartens are in Kowloon Tong!! 4. If Gov't really care the kindergarten parents, why not including those in private schools ( are they not HK ppl ? are they no need to pay tax?)
5. Not all kids in Private kindergartens come from rich family...... how come all parents in private kindy having $100000 income each month... non-sense!!

Dear Pochaccodog,

I live in Shatin. The one my kid would study is just 30 seconds walk from my residential bld.. The proximity reason is 1 of the strong reasons I choose it. However, it is a private one. Then, if I wish to get the '學劵', then I need to make my kid travel everyday which I do not want.

It is not a 拔尖 or 名牌的幼稚園. Just emphasis 'enjoy learning'.

I think this '學劵' (actually not pure '學劵' as explained by others) policy, like many other policies in HK, do not beneficial to the living of middle-classes (earning maybe jsut about 20K-30K/per month but not 100K).  

Singpaore encourage middle class rear more childrens, however, HK opt for the opposite. quite strange!!
