子女為何被Out?

所有家長都希望子女可以考入理想的學校。但在面試前有什麼預備工夫可以做，以防子女被Out出局呢﹖其實，子女的基本禮貌、「家教」和求學態度都是面試時考官看重的因素。除了子女的個人表現外，父母的表現也很重要，會直接影響子女能否獲取錄。若你想知道子女有沒有機會在面試時脫穎而出，不妨看看子女和你有沒有犯上現今孩子和父母普遍存在的毛病。

子女被Out原因
(1) 缺乏基本禮貌。不懂得分清何時說「多謝」或「唔該」，「早晨」或「午安」等
(2) 只用簡單的單字或詞語回 答問題
(3) 欠缺良好的理解及表達能力
(4) 表現不主動及欠自信
(5) 缺乏基本自理能力，簡單如去洗手 間、打噴嚏後的處理方法、如何穿著衣服及鞋襪都不會
(6) 在父母面前表現得過分依賴
(7) 缺乏基本常識和生活經驗
(8) 對身邊的事物表現得沒有興趣
(9) 不懂珍惜身邊的事物
(10) 欠缺判斷及處理問題的能力，表現 得猶豫不決
(11) 遇到不懂回答的問題不給予任何反應﹔常常說「唔知」去逃避問題
(12) 缺乏創意和幻想力
(13) 過於自我，不懂與人分享和合作

父母被Out原因

(1) 面試當日遲到
(2) 沒有帶備足夠資料，欠缺誠意
(3) 過分保護子女，不懂正確的教導方法
(4) 對報考的學校欠缺了解
(5) 對子女的性格、優點和缺點欠缺全面了解
(6) 過分誇獎子女的才能

面試一take過 由生活開始

父母應及早從日常生活中向子女灌輸正確的禮儀、常識和待人處事的態度。不要任何事都由自己或家傭幫孩子做。協助孩子接觸不同類型的事情，讓他們對各種事物有親身的體會。

Basically, I will not tell my son the school reject him.
If he asks, I will tell him the school is not smart or lucky enough to let him in.

I can think of one reason - the School simply don't care.  Year after year, there are thousands of parents who submit applications for their consideration.  What if a band "5" primary school in Tin Shui Wai which has the luck to get so many tier one applicants for their consideration.  No doubt, this school will become a top notch band "1" school in the subsequent year.  If there is a prize to be awarded, the parents deserve it.  Hehehehe... I will be one of the receipients .....

The most interesting thing was they delievered different version of answers to parents. Maybe they didn't expect we will counter check here on BK.

Just because the kid has relationship to the school. e.g. old boys/girls parent, same religion etc.

According to Apple Daily today, SPCC will change 1-2 classes of F.4 & above to IB curriculum & at the same time, raise its school fees from $48K to $80K p.a. - some info for sharing.

the daughter of Wong Yan-lung, Secretary of Justice?
the granddaugthers of Lee Ka-shing?

As far as I remember, 黃仁龍's is in St Stephen's.  But I heard of 梁家傑's in SPCC.
