天平所有第一次報讀嘅course都係頭一個月免費，但好少會比小朋友只讀一個月，如果係由初班升上一級，咁升班時就不會再有頭一個月免費，其實都係一種宣傳方法。
至於其他FEE e.g. Exercise book、教材、用具或VCD等都要比錢。

My son joined already.  I think it is fair enough to pay the material fee because as the other mammie said, only new students have discount.  For those who are promoted, they can join new subject course for 1 month fee, not the old course.  My son completes his abacus homework everyday by himself and he said the teacher is funny.
