THE DIOCESAN BOYS’ SCHOOL PRIMARY DIVISION

APPLICATION FOR GRADE ONE ADMISSION (2007/2008)

Application forms for enrollment in Grade One for the year 2007-2008 are available for collection from Saturday 9 September 2006 to Tuesday 12 September 2006 at the School Office. The forms can be obtained by:

(1) Collecting in person during office hours which arefrom Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.; 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and Saturday (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.);
(2) Downloading from the School website, www.dbspd.edu.hk, within the aforesaidperiod;
(3) Sending to the School a self-addressed and stamped envelope on or before Tuesday 12 September 2006.


Parents/Guardians are requested to submit the completed application form in person with photocopies of the Birth Certificate and other supporting documents, if any, to the School Office from Thursday 21 September 2006 to Monday 25 September 2006. The form should be submitted during office hours which are from Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.; 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and Saturday
(9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.).

Applicants are required to attend an Interview in late October 2006. Notification of the interview arrangements will be sent to parents in mid October 2006.

Two identical briefing sessions are scheduled for Saturday 9 September 2006 at the Assembly Hall of DBSPD at 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.; 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Parents/Guardians are welcome to attend either one of the sessions. No reservations are required.
