早幾年前的經驗 , 唔知有無out 左 :-

在報到後, 便集中在1小房內等, 而書桌上放了很多書, 小朋友可隨便閱讀, 聽講在那個時候已經有人在觀察父母及小朋友的而且計緊分.

跟住兩個兩個入內校長, 先要小朋友抽先後, 再安排後者坐在旁邊, 及俾一張圖晝小朋友睇.

再交換兩個位置, 一個見, 一個等, 校長除了解小朋友應對, 還留意等待中的表現.

Base on last year interview experience, I can share the procedure to you:

~ parents can go into the waiting room with your kid, many books are put on the table for reading (it's very hot inside the room, bring water and fan for your kid)

~ a lady will call your number and ask you to wait outside a classroom (2 numbers will be called at the same time - that is, 2 kids will join the interview at the same time)

~ the principal will come and guide 2 kids to go inside the principal room (suggest both father and mother attend the interview as the principal can see who come with the kid)

~ after the interview, the principal will escort the kids to come out again.  At that moment, the principal will glance at the parents, so you are suggested to wear nicely

According to my daughter's saying, the principal will ask one kid to sit in front of her, the other kid will sit at the corner with a book (ask you kid to read the book at that time, the principal just want to know whether your kid is interest in reading or not)

For my girl, she has to do the comparison with 2 pictures.  One fat man and one thin man, just descript the difference between two.  She said it's easy.


However, my girl cannot get a seat in DGS.

Hello,

I think you need to reserve more time for the interview.  Even it was only less then 5 minutes interview, we spent nearly one hour for registration, waiting and waiting...

Do I need to go earlier than 1 hour to queue ?  7&8 Sept to get application form, should I need to bring HK birth cert.& ID card of child ?  When do I give back the application form to the school ?

Is it so far away if I live near fortress hill ?
