Hello Biebiekei,

My girl applied for PN (Pre-Nursery) which is before K1.  And it was not difficult as my girl, at the time of interview, could not speak English very much.  The school was quite catering as they have both Cantonese and English speaking interviewer, whom was very nice.  In fact, we interview in Kornhill when Homantin was not even opened yet.  Thus, when we know that they are having a new campus, we have chosen that.  And the campus is great, new and good.  

Well, good luck with the application, and if you are committed to have your baby to go there, go ahead and join some pre-K1 activities, such as playground and PN...

嘩好多野玩呀!  今日老師話 K2 會有半班同學掉班,可能會同Cyrus 同班。 游水我都會比佢學, 你比佢去邊度溜冰? Festival Walk or 荃灣?  邊度的Eng Camp?

Hi BieBieKei,

I myself studied at Good Hope School, so I am thinking if Tessie goes there, she can at least have a better chance.  Honestly, I don't quite trust the educational system here, but ESF is very expensive for me.  I rather send her overseas.  Yet, I want her to study some Chinese as well, so, that's why I am letting her going to Victoria.  And since she went, her Chinese has improved incredibly, like before she can't even understand, and now, she talks very fluently, not like baby.

Hi Cyrus Mum,

What is your ice skating course like, can Tessie join too?  One BK teacher reply to me that he is charging $85 for one on one lesson for 30 mins each.  Is this a good price, or what do you suggest?  Could you kindly give me more info please?

As for Tessie, she goes to ballet every Sat, and will sign up for some swimming lessons.  

Next year, she will be in A2 am class?  I heard from her teacher that half the class will be changed, but I guess she is not the same with Cyrus.

其實我唔係好清楚 K1 有幾班, 只聽老師說 K2 会調走一半。 但好似巳經通知了小朋友, 因 Tessie 反來說会跟 XXX 同班。

我有諗過比佢上公文, 你点睇? 是否太早?

今日我去書局見到低班嘅書本, 好似比 Tessie 識嘅多Ｄ, 你点睇維記的學術上教法?

今日跟位 VIC/BK 媽媽傾開, 珠心算好似最好 BB可以由 1數到 100, 至比佢學, 但可研究一下。

今天放暑假了, 我諗 Tessie 會好掛住反學。 我想自己教佢中文生字。  你有冇試過 Flash card?

Hi Cyrusmum,

There is one BK teacher for 珠心算 that they can teach in private lessons.  He/she said as long as we have 2-3 kids, he can teach.  I am interested in letting TY learn that.  And nother Vic/BK mom (HK side) told me that her daughter started this in K2.  So, if you are interested, maybe we can group ourselves.  But this BK mom reminded me that if we want to prepare for the profile for P.1 for maybe private school, we better choose those ones that can get certificate.  

As for the B'fast, we sometimes go to the open university after sending them to school.  Would there be any chance that I may saw you last friday?

Anyways, the other VIC/BK mom is on this chat already.

我問佐老師, 佢話:

1.  自組最好起碼 2-3 個小朋友， 最好同齡。
2.  九龍、屯門都有教開, 我地如定到地方,就可等佢比 schedule。
3.  學費$130, 咁有幾個人,就除開幾份。

至於TY, 她一直都學緊 Ballet, 係路德會。 我又報佐親子泳班, 又想比佢上D學術D既科目, 同埋開始比佢睇中文 flash card 囉。  我唔想佢暑假 dum 懶個人。 有個溜冰老師教 1對1, 我又想比佢試, 總之就 15/16.

9月4號之前有冇機會相認??

Yes, the price is $130除開2/3個人.  And Yes, we need to figure out a place where we can all go.  I wonder if Martha Boss has any study room that we can book and use, as we are a member.  I can check the next time when Tessie go for ballet class.

If we are doing a gathering, I think we will choose weekends too.

I am living in an estate with club house and indoor swimming pool, but it's in Tsuen Wan.  If you all don't mind, we can all come to our clubhouse and play.  I can give you directions as you can take a bus from Tsuen Wan MTR to come to our house.
