A friend of mine also received an offer from SPCC. Good luck to those on waiting list. Don't give up hope yet.

I have no idea of what are the personality of St STephen girls, but I did attend a school visit to SPCC sometimes before and attended the lessons with the kids. To what I observed, the kids at SPCC are very polite and humble.  They are all very well disciplined.  My son is still K2 now and SPCC is my dream school.  Could any parent tell me when in the year does SPCC holds the public talk and when then application starts?

Hi thomasfans,

I think the talk is in September.  Watch out on their web site and there should be newspaper advertisement too.  Or simply call to ask the school in September.

The new campus is around the Aberdeen side exit of the Aberdeen Tunnel.

I heard that students have to learn Piano + another instrument.  And if the students are not members of the school orchestra, marks will be deducted from music subject.  Is it so?

Hi BoBoCute,

I haven't heard about that.  Students are advised to learn at least one instrument, but not compulsory.  Not all the students will join the school choir, band or orchestra so that last statement could not be true.   My daughter joins the school choir and wants to join the percussion band next year for the practice is fun, but not a compulsory requirement or any bonus marks given.  The school let students enjoy learning music.

Hi Gorowitz,

Sorry for the late reply.  I think the merge is inevitable becajse of the new school.  Personally, I prefer only two classes per grade as everybody seems to know each other and the feeling is so close.

With Miss Lee appointed as headmistress, I only anitcipate adoption of the KRPS practice in MRPS ? But that is not a problem at all.
