Renassiance College (Phoenix )

RC is the first ESF's Private Independent Schools under  ESF Educational Services Ltd. Curriculum is using IB.

I don't know about waiting list.  I am not RC's parent.  Can simply call the school to check out if necessary.

Kareese,

If you have read the website of RC and ESF, you will notice the difference.  The key key things are quite obvious:

RC is a local school with international flavour, 70% or more students has to be local Chinese, it is an ESL private school with much more emphasis on Chinese program (20% of classes).  Use IB all through from Y1 to 13.

ESF is an international school mainly for non-Chinese speaking students, it is an ESF (English as first language) school which receives subvention from govt.  It uses UK cirriculum and will gradually have IB Diploma at Y12-13.

That's my understanding to share.

No, ESF is excellent, only that Chinese is really not sufficient.

Hello CherylMum, are u SJS's parent? anyway, can u tell me which ESF primary school, BHS or SJS is more better? i'm strugglling about which one is better because my daughter will apply one of them on the coming September, it would be a harsh decision, a lot of things need to decide within a few months, please help me, thanks a lot!!
