Which one is better? Victoria, 蘇浙 or 嶺南幼兒園???

I have asked about this topic before.  Acutally.  LingNam is using Cantonese for teaching, Victoria is expensive and KCS is using Mandarin.  You can read different topics now.  You will know more about those schools.....

If $ is not taken into consideration, just compare the overall quality of these schools, which one is better?

I am starting to research more before apply for 2007/2008 N1 class...

Is there N1 for KCS international?

all of them have accepted my child in N1, among them, i have chosen LingNam, but still dunno if this is a right choice though

When did you start to apply N1 for the 3 schools?  Were the interviews difficult?

In the application form, we need to submit photo of our child, did u bring your child to take passport photo or just submit any of her photo with the application?

my case is same as you. 3 schools have accepted my child to enroll their N1, and I have chosen LingNam finally after a few months' consideration.

I filed all applications at the beginning of this year. But I think some schools may have started even earlier.  You should call each school in order to know the exact date of application.
The interviews were ok.  They only asked my child to perform some simple tasks which i didn't consider them to be quite hard. I also think they did observations rather than asking questions.

why did u pick LingNam finally?  In fact, I still have not made up my mind.

Any specific reasons to choose Ling Nam among the three?

I have given up LingNam as it is too far for me and the school bus fee is very expensive.  I prefer to use the money for the school.......

Nothing against the others but I personally think that LingNam's teachers are nice and the environment is good although it is quite inconvenience.

Out of the three, I would choose Victoria and 蘇浙 definately. My older son has classmates transferred from 嶺南, and I have heard from their mommies that 嶺南 kids are very playful and worldly, but not very academic, especially English language wor.

我都有去聽個個校監talk, 她說她們的英文老師是在外國回來的﹐ 都是鬼妹仔o黎o架, 發音當然好標準啦﹐ 但我就覺得校舍很舊啦。 但每一間學校都有它的好處。我都幾喜歡嶺南﹐ 但我同意英文學術上可能不enough

My daughter is going to attend MingWai International N1 class in Oct 2006. Let's see how it goes, By the way KCS also accept my baby p.m. class. But I prefer focus in English, i.e. is why I chose MingWai for the time being. My girl was accepted by LingNam, KCS and MingWai, I only appied those 3.  But I definitely won't choose Victoria as my daughter has joined their playgroup at HH Victoria and I don't like it......

I've also read other BK moms saying they don't like Victoria playgroup... why u don't like it?  

Do u know if the Victoria playgroup will be similar to their N1 and kinder?

Oh oh, please tell me what's wrong with Victoria Playgroup. My son has been offered a place there. Not sure whether I should send him there or not.

Hey Chole and apapa, if I remembered correctly, the teacher at 嶺南 told me that their classes are 100% Cantonese for N1 and K1, then they will introduce English in K2, and Mandarin in K3.....therefore, their English compared to other kindergarten programme is not as strong (late start). Worth double check on this wor!

to be honest, i will only let my child stay in LingNam until the new school year begins.  Meanwhile, i will try to apply other K1s or N1s for 07/08.  Therefore, i look more on the school environment and teachers' side rather than in academic points of view lor. :
