My boy started at 5, when he was in K3.  He is nearly 10 now and will take the Grade 7 exam next April.

Did your little ones start learning cello in a group or in a private class?  Did they learn any other instrument before they started cello?  Any recommendations of a good teacher at reasonable charge?  Thanks.

one more question, do u still remember when your boy was 5, what size of cello he used? 1/8 or 1/16?

My girl learns in a private class and cello was her first instrument. She's now learning both Cello and Piano.

My boy started his piano at 4, then his cello at 5, both in one-to-one private lessons.
