my daughter, 7 years old, learnt 珠心算 in shatin branch for 1 year. My daugher is an int'l school kid, she didn't like to study those formula and was given homework everyday. But now, her math improve alot and she is quite enjoy the class and have the initiative in doing homework.

ahk019, thanks. How long did it take for your daughter to change from "dislike" to "enjoy" the class?

Anyone else? Any comments on their putonghua playgroup/class?

About 1/2 year.

Sorry, I don't know much about other courses in 天平. I think abacus is the most famous one there.
