Optimum class size 20? 30?

What number do you think it's the optimum class size in a primary school? 15, 20, 30 or more than 30. What impact do you think on active boy?  Most of the schools have 30 or more students.

Any sharing on this? If I choose GTS just because of it has smaller class, it seems do not make sense. But it definitely affects one's learning. How important this factor in your consideration of choosing school for an "active" boy?

What is GTS?  

I choose 20-25 as the optimum.  But I think the class size is not so important, teaching approach and philosophy of the school is more important for consideration for an active kid.
