From my map at home, it is exactly on the mountain ridge that separates Tibet (China) and Nepal.
Not sure which country really has it.
People generally refer more to Nepal when reporting about it on TV programmes and news etc. It appears that people would approach it from the side in Nepal.
However, like I said, it is unclear which country has it; and honestly I would like to know the answer too.
