St Paul Boys - 1st batch waiting list, result ?

Hi all,

Did any 1st batch waiting lists' applicants got acceptance notice from St Paul Boys ? I haven't heard anything so far. I also don't see any BK mum sharing this topic.

邊有咁快有消息, 而家有offer既就已經reply左, 下一輪要等到6月政府第2輪派位後至會有消息架.

Hi!  I would like to collect more info about st paul's boys.  Could any mother here tell me that if I apply st paul's boys and accept it's offer, can I also join gov't's mark six system?

You need give up gov't's second round if you
confirm St Paul's boy acceptance because St. Paul boy is under the direct subsidy scheme.

It is really a hard decision.  I have 20 marks and would like to apply wah yan because it is good and Free.   If I have to pay school fee, then I like St paul's boy very much.  But 6 years school fee is a big amount.  If I join gov't second round and fail, is it possible to apply st paul after second round result released?

我有d唔明，St. Paul係直資學校，accept左學位就要放棄大抽獎，點解都要等到六月放榜後才可能知first batch waiting list的結果呢？照理，有 St. Paul　offer的家長，都唔需要等六月放榜，最多可能有私校在手，要考慮多一陣．

其實而家有幾多家長會讀St. Paul,  學校應該有頗確實的數目（因為唔需考慮六月放榜的結果）．咁我地這些first batch，係咪都係凍過水？

But I heard there are still many applicants holding 2 offers or even more from other private/DSS schools. At least, I know 3 girls who are still holding St Paul co-ed and DGS that they would only release the place until June. Although my example is referring to girls, I still believe boys should have a similar situation. Hope we could finally get a call from Mrs Chan - the Principle.

My friend's son who was in the 1st batch wailting list was accepted.  He received this news before Lunar New Year.  His mom told me only 2 from the 1st batch were accepted.

請問有無九龍人讀緊St Paul, 除了早上乘保母車要早外, 小朋友有沒有課堂後活動的放學問題, 可否安排保母車在課外活動後送學生回家. 謝謝.
