"香港康復學會"-非牟利機構？

早前有朋友的孩子看到BK的資料，於是去了"香港康復學會"所辦的活動，之後當然被游說孩子參與有關訓練啦，但係D價錢一D都唔平喔！
我同朋友拜年間提及呢件事，大家都覺有D怪，因為"香港康復學會"都標榜自己係非牟利機構，點解可以收咁貴？
佢唔係"協康會"、"香港明愛"、"基督教靈實協會"等人所共知的慈善機構，朋友怕被人混水摸魚扮慈善機構，所以上去社署查查，結果就梗係搵唔到啦！
不過就搵到一個名字相當近似的非政府康復服務機構"香港復康會"，呢間似乎先係真的非牟利機構，幫助一D underprivilege 的人，咁該"香港康復學會"是否掛羊頭賣狗肉呢？
我唔係好清楚香港法律，唔知點先算非牟利機構，我覺得要我地有特殊需要的小朋友家長出多點錢做有用的訓練不是問題，但係唔好欺騙我地，由其是當個名義係標榜幫助弱者的時候，卻又在我們身上賺取豐厚利潤！我十分不恥這做法！

避免被人混水摸魚，以下的機構才是真正的提供兒童服務的志願機構，各位父母，千萬不要被其他自稱 "非牟利機構" 的 "學會" 利用！

我是一位物理治療師,其實這間學會, 十個有9個物理治療.職業治療及言語治療師都知道這間"學會"是欺騙人的技倆,他的本公司叫"香港醫療及復康服x",是一間私人公司,老細譚先生(又稱Stephen X)是復康治療界一個臭名遠播的x業治療師,他多了一間?非牟利?"學會",全是混水摸魚, 這學會做service 的人全是"香港醫療及復康服x",至於點樣做數使他們成為一間"非牟利"公司就是一個迷....

這間"香港醫療及復康服x"公司在大窩x及沙田禾x村都有診所,據說還有???議員和他們同流合污.
這公司除了混水摸魚外,另一方面最出名的就是刻薄員工,據說員工的contract 上寫了在辭職後一年內不能在他們客戶的7公里內地方的工作...但被他們所騙的客戶已達全香港..那麼.莫非治療師在辭後一年都不能工作???
譚xx也多次有員工不在星期日及公眾假期開工而被無理解雇..
香港醫療及復康服x及香港康復學X又長期違反勞工法例,不願意在工作完成的月頭後七天出糧,全員工都是最少十五天後出糧,員工因怕失業,敢怒不敢言.
試問,一個真正的"非牟利機構",你認為他們會這樣做嗎?
不知道什麼原因,政府會給他們"非牟利機構"的名義,各人又無法投訴...
希望這復康界的惡行,盡早被人揭發
我真的希望各大家長不要被騙,以及告知其他家長,以免誤入陷阱.

My child has S.T. lesson here. The charge is $5XX for one hour, cheaper than Heep Hong.I don't care if it claims to be 'non-profit making' or not as long as its service suits me.

我仔仔都是在這裡上言語堂, 我覺得佢地D職員服務態度同言語師本身都無問題,而最重要就是小朋友有得著.

Thanks for your reply!
I know that if there's no profit making, no one would be so nice to take care of our kids voluntarily.
I just want to express that I don't like somebody to use some injustice strategy for promotion in the public or get some other benefits from our society by claiming itself as "non-profit making"!(Actually, it is a matter of the existing of some "law gap" in our society)!
Anyway, that's our own desirability to choose the services in the market!But just want to alert all the parents on this issue!

I think if you and your collegue have so much disappointment to this organization and the boss, you should take some labour actions or seek some advice from the government departments!
