Dear Y2KChild,

You may not like it but I have to say. You force your kid to practice piano and he is not appreciate. Now you create 2 losers. Why don't you find out what he or she most interest and let him create the achievement to make it become 2 winners.

Just a suggestion, if your boy does not like piano, you can let him try other instruments such as violin, or simply guitar which can also allow him to appreciate and enjoy music, or simply let him join choir to sing, or learn dancing.  I understand this very well as all my sisters played piano for over 10 years as required by mom, yet ultimately they still do not like it and stop playing when they become adults.  Playing piano seems to be a nightmare for someone who does not like it. So better let the kid learn what he really likes.
