Those who will be interviewed will receive letters around middle of Feb.  Interview date is Saturday, Feb 25.

Hi,

My Son is studying in SPCC (Form 1). I remember, last year interview. The English part is the most difficult one. It plays a few minutes movie and then asked the children questions.

Does your son like the school? Do you think this is a good school? If you don't mind, I just wonder do you have any relationships to this school?

I heard people say that it chooses 70% of the students are with relationships to the school. Just wonder if it true!?

So, Vicky,
(1)  did the people in the movie speak English really fast?  Did your son recall what questions he was asked?
(2) in the English interview, what types of questions were asked?
(2)  did your son have group interview?
(3)  in the Putonghua interivew - was it difficult?  What type of questions was your son asked?

Hi,
(1) I think it is very difficult for all the children, I remember my son can only answer about 30% about this

(2) There is no group interview
(3) For Putonghua interview, you need to read a passage, I think is medium level for all the children. But there is no conversatiion last year.

Remarks: Which school is studying. I remember SPCC will accept many studies from western schools.

Hi,

He likes very much. He feels very free and does not have any pressure from school. All the children are rely on themselve instead of school. We have not any relationships to the school. I think only a small portion is OK. If your kid studies in Western District, the successful rate is higher.

We live in Kowloon district. Are there many students from Kowloon in SPCC?
Do you know what are they requirements ? Are they looking for someone that good in sports, musics as well as academic ?

Hi,

I know that there are some students come from Kowloon district in each class such as Kowloon Tong School. It is very difficult to check the requirements from the school. I know that they require a higher standard of English. Other than academic, I think that it is not so important except you are very famous on sports and musics in HK.
