I live in Shau Kei Wan, any good playgroup at Hang Fa Chuen to Tai Koo Shing??

HENG FA have a playgroup organized by HKPPA, my girl is attending this playgroup. They use English as media of instruction (but the 'teacher' there sometime use Cantonese to explain to the 嬤嬤婆婆）
The playgroup cost $250/month (1 session per week around 1hr45mins)
Its OK for it price

hoeve, I want to let my girl join the playgroup when her can walk. (1 yr old now)
Is it easy to apply?? As I know it is weekday course, I want to join in too (Sat)!
