I bought the DHA capsules from Fancl for my 2 children. The capsules are small and smooth even my son could swallow them when he was still a 4-year-old kid.

For children <Seven sea> is good, recommended by my boy's doctor. It's even better than Scott according to my experience, guess it has mixed with multi-vitamin.

Beaware that "fish oil" is different from "fish liver oil" because they have different functions. Seven seas and Scott are "fish liver oil".

旺角"高華" 有呀 ! 我都係買佢比個B食, 不過最好買 VANILIA 個隻, 原咪真係好難食呀 ! 佢已經食O左 2樽啦
