I only let Tim to wear white long-sleeves undershirt, yellow school shirt, hand-maded vest (made by me) , red school cardigan & Fleece.  I think that he's enough.  :

I have to make sure that Elliott wear his turtle neck.  

Fleece is pretty warm too.

Hand made!?  Blows me!

If I let Tim to wear turtle neck, I'm worry if he will feel uncomfortable and his neck will become red.
If really cold, I will let him to wear scarf.

Elliott is very fussy.  He doesn't like most of the scarf.  And I don't want him to take it off when I am not around.  I don't want him to get cough.
