There are book stores in most shopping centres in Malaysia but the prices of English books are similar to the ones you buy in HK like in Dymocks & so I didn't buy any books in my last trip.

However, you may try to look at those VCD/DVD, many choices oc Barney, etc & a bit cheaper than HK.

By the way, other than prices, choices are not much different. Sometimes English book price are even higher than HK if you buy from Kiss my Kids, Crown
etc.
