所以好奇地整番個"統計下kentville小朋友今年考到咩私小?"

我答先---至今未有著落, 好慘!!!

   吾怕醜講, 我真係等緊DGJS (吾通 DAI 校長真係甘有慧眼? 間間都吾收我個女, 得係佢一個識貨?)同第二輪抽獎,
   my daughter did understand the importance of getting a seat in P1 & she hs try her best in all interviews, ...its a matter of luck

Keep up and support your child!  Don't give up!! Your child is always stand by you.  Try to think of Creative primary school which is also a good school.

我個仔得禮賢o.k., 其他no way, 宣小今日考未知result
我覺得SC係好D, 因為今年考大部份小學都係日常生活, 小朋友係咪主動活潑有創意, 仲有就係雙語, 但KENTVILLE 就著重做PAPER, 其他方面無咁活, 所以好似適合考SFA, OVERALL SC應該較適合小一面試既需要 ,  但KENTVILLE 學生就上到小學都好容易應付功課同大小TEST, 有好有唔好啦

唔好氣餒 !

妳可以試下聖瑪加莉 / 聖三一堂 / 啟思 /培道 等,就算而家唔收生,我相信六月大抽獎後一定有得再in,妳可以有時間就打電話去問下幾時再可以申請,起碼自己知多些及
預備定 !!

另外音小12月15日要交埋第一期學費 (成三千元 ),相信
有好多持有多間小學backup既家長會先放棄音小!我認為如果妳真係對音小有興趣,可以12月15日開始打電話問,或立即再寫封誠懇信去問下,否則過左此段時間,可以就要到九月開學先有人放棄 (因為俾左第一個月學費,咁緊係等到最後先通知學校唔番啦 ! !!!)


我囝囝都係根德既,佢都係暫得音小收 及一間WAITING LIST, 都曾經令我失望及唔開心左幾個鐘頭,但係諗通左,
我同囝囝都儘曬力,無遺憾 !!! :

至於 Kentville 及 St.cat 入小一派位既結果邊間好些就真係好難比較既 !! 但係我亦好認同今年面試形式隨左聖芳濟各保持傳統外,其他多數採用活動些,學校多喜歡小朋友主動親切,開朗及有創意思維 D !  
咁其實這些我地家長都可以在家教到,但係我地就用番曬一般既傳統教法,相信咁都係令我自己小朋友失敗既地方 !!

無論如何, 大家繼續努力 , 唔好令到小朋友唔開心 !!!!

看來SC派位結果今年真的比KV好一些.

但我家姐大女在SC畢業,細女正在KV讀k3,她說再有小孩的話都一定揀番KV. 因KV真的有一套方法令小朋友自動自覺

我個女考到浸大小學（放棄了﹞和德望（WAITING)，還有
女拔和宣小等通知。

My daughter now only pass KTS.  Other all fail or waiting. (Good Hope - Waiting, Fail - SFA, ST. PAUL CO.,Ture Light)..... So, no need cry la. So many child like this but I didn't tell my duagther.

My daughter also from kentville, she is the most little one in school ( Dec 2000,birth), thats why most of the school won't take her -too small!~ we have :
Rhenish,creative,G.T., Logos Academy's accept.
DGS-no result yet, Good Hope- waiting list .
anyway don't be so nervous, everyone in here, the child is study in K.V. is a famous School, so now what we got is ???? "famous" means nothing!!

My daughter got in 3 out of 8 schools - Tak Ching, Tak Nga & TKS.  I agree with some BK mothers that my kid is not doing as well as I expected.  Or did I set my expectation too high (because KV is a "famous" school)?  It's true that KV standard is high but seems like nowadays primary schools like to take dynamic kids instead of those who know thousands of Chinese characters/English words.  Honestly, I am amazed that my children are already writing such complicated characters....

My kid also studied in KV. No doudt! He knew a lot of vocabulary which I think is very difficult.
I applied 9 private school, but I only went for 6 at the end. Only TT got a seat, 宣道 still wait for the result, today CKY second in.
I choose KV before, was because it have a higher chance to get a seat in Band 1 and famous primary, but it was not really happen at the end.-May be my kid was not as smart as the other.
Anyway, I am happy that my kid knew a lot of words and did quite good in the test. I am sure KV kids 's standard is higher then most of the kidergarten-beside creative.

But nowaday, I think Primary are not only seeing which school are you coming from, is really depend on the act during the interview.
