Dear lks,
For string instruments, you can call Yao Jue Music Academy in Tien Hau. They have a CCO practice every Saturday afternoon. The teachers are well qualified as they are all from HKPO. Call them up to arrange an audition appointment for your child.
You may also want to consider Yip's but I'm not too familiar with the organization. Maybe other parents can give comments.

我自己覺得yip's 係train 弦樂方面係幾好既, 可能因為葉惠康同葉詠詩2父女都係拉小提琴啦

要架, yips 有orchestra, orchestra provide 既只係管弦樂既training. 係好多好多玩唔同樂器既小朋友一齊參加樂團綵排, 排練好就會表演

佢地都有private lesson 提供既
