I think we cannot accept two DSS because the school will report back to the Education Department, and ED will send a confirmation to us for renouncement of placement in subsidiary schools.

But you may check with ED to make sure.

There is no limit on the number of DSS or private schools a child can register.  You may hold a number of places till the last moment.

SPCC is a very good school, and I have no doubt that choosing either one can be no wrong. It is purely a matter of personal preference.

Definitely DBSPD!!!!!!!!!  St. Paul Coed is a private party.  If you are related to school administrator, then it is good for you.

This is partly correct. For SPCC, up to 70% of students are the "related parties"; for DBSPD, there is no figure (so it can be 1% to 99%, who knows).

But this point seems not to be very powerful, do you have any more substancial point(s) so that you used 9 exclaimation marks?  :
