just went to Fa Yuen Street with my daughter today.   there are about 4 shops selling the costume and accessories.   costume cost around $40 to $90.  we then shopped other stationary/gift for birthday party next week. she was very happy.   however, price (I mean little gift) in shamshuipo is cheaper.   some shops will give you wholesale prices if you purchose more than $300
